Technological process Applications Heated by a heater, theair enters into the hot air distributoron
the top section of the drying tower.After passing through hot air
distributor,the hot air enters into the drying toweruniformly and
moves in the spiral state.At the same time, the material pump
sendsthe material liquid to the centrifugal sprayon the top of the
drying tower. The materialliquid is sprayed into very fine mist-statedrops. The
surface area that the materialliquid contacts the hot air is
increasedgreatly. The water is evaporated fast. Ina very short
time, the products are driedinto the dried final products. The
driedfinal products are separated with the wetair by the whirl
separator. The dried finalproducts will pass through the materialcollection
whirl room at the bottom of thewhirl separator and are sent to the
smallwhirl separator for separation by the driedair. The final
products will be collectedin the material collection barrel. The
exhaustedgas will be discharged through induced draftfan. All the hot air system,blowing system and air sending system ofthe
drier have the first effect, middleeffect and sub-high effect
filters and otherfilters. All the air entering the dryingsystem has
passed the filtering treatment.All the sections of contacting the
materialsuse the stainless steel and meet GMP requirements.
